COVID-19 Protocol

You will be screened prior to admission to the practice including confirmation that you have not been knowingly exposed, or could be a carrier based on your risk profile. You are required to wear a mask and you will not be treated without one. Ensure you are not showing signs or symptoms: either COVID related or signs that you are immuno-compromised. No additional persons are allowed to accompany patients other than one responsible adult with minors or cognitively impaired persons. Please ensure you make an appointment.
